Likes

Great to start your career. The company offers a great work-life balance and the option to work remotely. The team culture is collaborative and I had the chance to work with some very talented colleagues who were always willing to help. My manager [Mukesh kumar] was supportive and helped me develop my skills. There was a strong emphasis on mentorship. The HR department is excellent and very supportive. They are quick to assist with any queries and when I left they provided all necessary documentation on time without any delays....Read More

Dislikes

The company was going through a period of growth, which led to some disorganization and inefficiencies. Limited resources for some departments, which led to increased workload during peak periods.

Work policy: Currently it is work from home

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
