As it is a commision based job there will be no pressure on you to perform. Because when you sell then only you earn.

They will never in their interview mention that it's commision based job. There is NO FIXED SALARY. During the induction they will be telling you that how can you become an owner and all. Don't get too carried away by all that because you don't know what lies ahead. They do sales by asking for donations from people. Just for this pandemic they are asking for donations over phone😆. Basically they go door to door and ask for money from people. Do not fall in their way of persuading people to do the job.
