I like the companionship of my colleagues.

Dislikes

I didn't like the management behaviour and the lack of empathy towards employees. You have to come to office even if you are sick, you don't have any sick leaves and your salary will be deducted if you'll take some.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
