For leaning and Client base work this cmy is good and you can learn many technology at time and you have ability and hardworking then you can work with many projects and technology.more than 30% increment they provide to employee but only in case of manager in your favour.and lot of project they have.in AX and NAV

Dislikes

There is no work culture, management,not a project management ,forget about your personal life if you join ,there is no fix date for salary credit, sometimes month end or may be next month and main thing there is no working hours fix means they are working day/night,lot of work pressure.some times you also travel within India at client location depends on project and you have no option for that..
