The relationship that I had with the employees was quite good, despite the fact that Acuity Healthcare discouraged its employees from developing such relationships.

Dislikes

Where do I begin? Management is TERRIBLE. Micromanagement to the MAX- middle management is awful. The recruiting team is very fluid and the recruiters work together well however there is definitely a bottle-neck effect when it comes to middle management. They care about the most ridiculous things and are very disorganized when it comes to keeping track of candidates. My advice would be to continue you job search and do not work for Acuity Healthcare....Read More

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
