Work culture. Lot of one sided decision making from senior management. Lots of discord and disgruntled staff. No work life balance at all. Taking a simple leave is difficult. Pay not as per industry.

work culture is very nice, very healthy will not get this type of work culture anywhere that is my opinion. job security is great.

Dislikes

The only thing I would like to mention is salary that is low as per expectation, but as AADI is an NGO so I understand their limitation too. Rest all the things are great, work life balace is very good.

I am working as a consultant since Feb 2020 part time three days a week. but due to this covid situation we all were working from home. now since 15.7.21 they asked to come for two days.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
