it is wonderful about all except training and job security and some how politics

about job insecurity, politics, Currently every employee fill insecurity/ fear about their jobs as an accounts were insecure. this thing would be the first negative point of the company. so try to create fearless environment in office.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Other facility are provided but company like motivating employees , good bonus system, celebrating festivals and celebrating some selected employee's birthday and fer-well parties.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
