Likes

working experience in ACD placements was good as I have learnt alot in this company , worked majorly on senior level openings .

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The only thing I'm not comfortable is that the organisation is very small

I'm currently working on senior level openings

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
