_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

I hope that in the coming years the compensation for teaching as per Industry standards on the whole improves treamendously for the amount of efforts, although the good rapport shard amongst the team members and the managing Directors makes up for it .

Work Details

I was trained to speak and present to class of 3rd till 10thgrade, I was appreciated for my connect with the students which inspired me to prepare for each session. Secondly the Director is a Toastmaster with a great oratory skills .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
