Dislikes

There is lot to say about Accenture in terms of what I dislike about it. It has got very bad work life balance, disgusting increment and promotion culture, worst IT and worst HR team.

No hikes, no promotion and salary part not as per market value and people will stuck same place for long time that they loyal pays off but in this company nothing pays and inside they is lot of politics some people will get bonus to stay there and they won't give them a correct hike....
