Accenture VS Virtusa
I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details:
Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay
Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total)
Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike.
Accenture Designation = Associate Manager
Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer

See that depends a lot on your priority If you are looking for immediate financial security and a guaranteed income, Accenture is a better choice.

Virusta has the potential for Higher Total Compensationš¤·āāļø If you're confident about the client absorbing your cost and giving a market-standard hike, your total compensation could be higher.

Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue. Accenture gave me the offer letter on October 31st. Then we had an open house session where it was mentioned that my training would start online from November 20th, and before that, I would receive an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that I need to accept. I accepted it, but my training still hasn't started. I raised a ticket, and they are now saying that I haven't accepted the NDA, even though I sent them proof that I accepted it. Still, I haven't received any response, and I don't have any HR contact number. What should I do now? Any suggestions? Also, how many people are facing this issue?
