Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.

I have worked in accenture nearly 2 and half years .The job security ,work culture is awesome , you will learn more things and current technologies..Teammates are very supportive so that you wont feel work pressure here.. .Now i am again applying in accenture as i want to continue working there...

Its like adventure to me...I was electrical department in college, but i somehow managed at first ..Because of supportive environment i learnt my job quickly at the same time compketed some certifications...I got awarded and rewraded for my work.

Accenture strictly follow the safety of employees especially female employees.it gives good vacation and sick leaves,work environment is good.transportation facilities are good

Too much internal politics.Poor Work life balance. Few teams expect you to be available 24/7 for work . Promotions are not given to deserving resources .Promotions and hikes are solely based on your manager's decision despite of your hard work .
