I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay

No support at all, just provided workstations and that was a smooth process, but that is basically for company benefit.

Dislikes

Nothing, no choice for projects, or work. They ask for certification but what if you don't want to do certification in that field? They ask for skill development but after that project related no opportunities given. You don't have any choice here, management decides everything. I have even heard things like " We have asked this only for formality, you have no choice" .

-New learnings and oppurtunities to grow up. -Motivation towards expend business. -Work culture is decent. -Working hours always in balance with no stress in work.
