Dislikes
Politics - If you butter or work closely with MDs or SMs, then only you'll get good hike or promotion.
No budget for any activity, not even 1000/- for a practice of 500+ people.
If you do not drink alcohol, you are not favoured. You'll have to pay from your own pockets during team dinners.
Engineering/Implementation work, no strategy work. Even engineers can do it, no need of MBAs.
Growth is slow. At TS&A, 5+ years of experience people are given analyst title, it's humiliating outside. Inside Accenture, you just do the ppt colouring work, manual data entry work. MBAs from IIMs are made to do this work. Utterly disgusting.
