Its worst as i'm working in accenture for client bharti airtel , work life balance is poor , and work culture is traumatized here , seniors always warn you .

Dislikes

Teammates are poor , culture is like just snaching the each others , not a open organization , you will be not feel ur importance here , world i should use dignity. Chances of learning is poor. Work load is extensive.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
