Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

Accenture is very Big MNC so benefits is always better and also you will get good hike each year compare to other MNC's like Infosys Cognizant. Good work culture. Lot of new technologies. Very good training and learning portal.

You don't have choice to select project, If you get worse project it will be difficult to get roll off from that project. Changing skill is difficult.
