I had worked as a Software Engineer/Oracle Core DBA in Bangalore. Recruitment /Hiring is pathetic..Moreover they do not allow your voice to be heard by the HR leadership.. very very impartial....Diversity is in name sake....Regionalism is at the peak....Performance appraisal is biased..After leaving Accenture, I had prepared a cover letter explaining the gaps in my Education & Experiences and stated the facts with all honesty...i am sure they have not looked into it at all..I have re-applied twice but in vain...i am 47...at this age we run out of opportunities....i request to check my cover letter in Accenture career site/ Accenture Alumni site along with my updated resume....Read More
