They did not support, they asked us to come back to office in the month of May when cases were spreading fast. They even bought people from containment zone to the office. One of the Junior colleague was seeing covid symptoms, she was immediately rolled off from project and moved to bench. From bech, she was then asked to drop papers. All Accenture does is good newsletters and good mails. But in reality management is pathetic, they do what they do, policies doesn't matter. And HRs are just puppet to management, they won't help you in any bad situation....Read More

Hike is less but higher when compared to its Indian Copmetiters. Politics for Onsite. If joined as fresher then over the time if u dont switch your salary will be less than the lateral of same experience.

The company isn't employee driven and you can be cornered by the management if they decide they want to. I went under huge stress struggling with office policies and leaving the company was one of the best decision I made. There are lot of politics and the roll off from projects are not easy.
