I joined in as a fresher so my experience as fresher is below - You'll not be able to select the technology you want to work on, so if you are assigned to a technology that you have no interest in then you won't enjoy and your career will go down the drain - Less ctc and the component of variable pay is just more money out of yourpocket. No matter if you run the project alone, you'll still get the standard variable pay - Need amazing appraisal and some words of appreciation? I didn't like the change of list of technologies for hot skills bonus just before 1 month the bonus amount reflects in salary. Also, there is very few projects that facilitate work from home.

For there me there was nothing good that Accenture offered but the team I worked with had good and skilled people. Management people like PM, Senior PM, BA, etc. PM seemed like had 0 experience in how to lead a project. It was a terrible experience.

Dislikes

Everything apart from people working in my team. No benefits at all. Trainers there have outdated knowledge. PMs don't seem to care about how to manage a project. Accenture is basically taking projects in a very low bid and messing everything up with the project.
