Employee are forced to do the certification to build there Carrier

Dislikes

Supervisor are not giving u roll off from project even if u have any family problem. Roll off from the project should be depends on the employee choice whether they want to work on the project or not.

Boring projects and are not helpful to learn which would be beneficial for future
