It is the best service based software company in India,Work environment is great and lot of opportunities in different projects,Golden period of Accenture to known for hike is gone due to latest bell curve appraisal.

Dislikes

Like other companies,Appraisal grievance is just like eyewash.Appraisal it's purely depends on your manager if you put butter and jam with bread to your supervisor you will have good appraisal,Anytime if we oppose him even with valid reasons also we are gone I came across some threaten from DU lead and associate manager.Anyways it'spurely depends on person.Please dont give such options to any managers solely....Read More
