I used to work with Accenture at their Noida sector 62 office (basically it's a Nokia building in which Accenture acquired 3 floors on lease) for a process known as "Philips Heartbeat". And here I got to see utmost poor management. My then Supervisor, "Pravesh Bhatia" and Manager," Manish Pacholi" were the most dumbest, obnoxious, pathetic guys who used to play political games there. Although, there was not too much pressure but these two guys had made our lives hell there. Though Accenture is known for it's core policies but they fall upside down whenever you face harassment by Supervisors or Managers. HR won't serve helpful as they are mere puppets who dance to the tunes of Ops Managers. I had too hard time with one HR manager who I approached , name is "Marlyn Kaul". This HR manager is known for her tantrums and unhealthy behavior there. Overall, in Accenture if your supervisor/Manager is good, you would enjoy work there, else you would also suffer like I did and eventually put in your papers. Almost everything - Manager, supervisor, poor facility, work culture, non-supportive HR etc. - you name it. No team outing, no gym, no free food,
