Great company with a high ambition, however working in Accenture or I would say in BPOs is totally deal centric sometimes it feels that we are not on the payroll of the company and we are the contractors of the clients. I never got compensated basis the contribution they took from me, ultimately I had to resigned even after being a consistent performer for almost 5 years despite of my first company. As my office was in North India so I found most of the dominating leaders, politics and negative wives. I had to pay for my honesty, dedication and over all contribution by saying goodbye to the company.

Work becoms always good when your leads at least help you to support despite of demoralising the one.... Nobody is perfect I saw leads being busy in exploring e-commerce sites rather then counselling their own team members.
