- The company places limited emphasis on employee development, leaving much of the responsibility for skill-building to individual employees. Accenture India is still looked down as a low-cost delivery center by its senior/onsite leadership. Many of the old timers in this organization may not have directly managed international clients as they are under the "shadow" of onshore leadership who are treated as pseudo-clients! Personal network within the organization is essential for the career growth, especially at senior management level. Surprisingly it has a 50% reservation (like in the govt. sector) for women employees, which supersedes meritocracy!...Read More

Nothing is clean and clear Too many ppl. They many times overbite and then fire.

Very huge hierarchy. No one knows where to go get work done. Talk nice but do nothing.if at a senior level thi ga are like this imagine for the begginers and low level hierarchy. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

Company Policies but it is not implemented by IDC leads.

Dislikes

The company has hire and fire policy. So they are not loyal to employees. If you are in senior level, no growth and would be stagnated. At times you see same level person reporting each other, meaning your manager and you could be same level, your performance review is done by you manager. No manager rates himself below his team members.
