No matter whether you met the target or not, the bottom 10% folks will be sent to PIP (just a formality to throw out people) and on actual ground they will be forced to leave. They usually allow work from home and Salary is good but your manager is your God in Accenture, if by fate a wrong manager falls into your kundali then be ready to face the tough time. One of the best places in India for female employees to work due to policies like 50% diversity target, returning mother program, flexible leave policy and no forced night shifts. Not a good place for male employees as all the burdens like night shifts, less slots in promotion due to diversity and hight utilization target will fall into the bucket of male employees. No job security. No onsite opportunity due to direct hiring at onsite. Innovation for name shake only copy paste work.
