While Accenture offers great learning opportunities and exposure to diverse projects, one thing I’ve found challenging is the delay in promotions or role changes, even when performance and interest align. At times, internal processes can be slow, which may affect career growth and transitions. However, I’ve always tried to stay focused on learning and contributing effectively despite such hurdles.

Insurance coverage is good. I had good work life balance during my previous project. But in the new project, I lost work life balance. Have to be online for 10 hours. Need to inform for taking breaks. Lot of Micromanagement.

No hikes or promotions from 2023. In my current project, Management gives importance to clients, not employees. Too much work pressure. Micro management.

Training, skill development, Rewards, overall vibe and culture and Brand Value of Accenture is very good. To an extent, Accenture offers good hikes on salary(Excluding last 2 years)

It depends project to project, if you get bind with bad project, it effects work life balance, Managerial effect, it becomes boring. Movement to other projects internally require too many help otherwise not possible. Politics is bad!

Nothing to like since they are putting people with less than 40-50 adys in their notice period in unethical PIP.

Dislikes

Very minimal hike and no promotions for over 3 years. No one cares about peers development. Putting notice period people in PIP unethically. HR and management both are involved in this practice.
