Over all Accenture 5 year experience was good with security and work environment work life balance but some political like management was only not satisfy .... Otherwise overall experience was good that's the reason I was working in Accenture 5 years..

Dislikes

Career growth like if that person not satisfy with the team they don't move the employee to another deal... And career growth not that much in Accenture ...and resource growth was very slow.... And if the employee was put paper the management and HR not raise any questions and support to the resources....
