People say focus on new learnings, but will put you on work for almost 14 hours a day. People managers and mid level managers who don't code are worst here, they will make sure that your work life balance will be in hell, your mental state will be very low, you will get less motive to work everyday. Initially I didn't want to complain much but focus on my work, but every time listening to same harassing words even if it's not your fault is not quite pleasant. They are more focusing on ox like working culture, rather than discussions and involvement on design and architecture. Most of the managers who act like leading the project don't provide enough data, and even when asking they will say you should probably know it in the beginning, the work environment is very bad.
