Salary Hike but I think it all depends on your project to project but hike is good as compared to other company. Female security is superb. I am satisfied.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
