Likes

Working with Onshore resources is worth it since they expect you to do well but are never toxic. They care to teach and improve your skill rather than criticize you. Workload is pretty good for my role, it can be hectic during crucial times in the project, rest can be normal to relaxing. There are always optional skills/courses thatyou can take for free to upskill. Also, transportation is free at my location....Read More

Dislikes

Offshore resources few times do not work and don't take accountability for it, leaving the work to their leads or even juniors. During stressful situations, the leads get very forceful and make you work very lengthy hours. They can work you on weekends during the weekends and do no compensate you for it unless you keep asking it constantly.
