The let you switch technology but they don't provide much support and create lot of pressure while someone is new in technology specially if they are experienced employees. Initial package is high but then for 1 year no hike at all or it depends if you manager is in very good terms with you. Promotion is very difficult. Good for working mothers but only in maternal leave period

Too much biased politics. People treat technical knowledge people harshly. Timelines are set very badly of projects. Blame game and targeting. No Job security. Mental harassment by seniors, yelling and shouting. Long working hrs. Sometimes 16-18 hrs of work is also less. If you are bad with office politics and want to only work thiscompany is absolutely bad for you. Lot of gossip and rumors promoted which discourage people. Everything depends on Project and Management. Accenture policies are not being implemented by Leadership and Management, hence there is no work-life balance and benefits even like getting compensated for weekend support or 16hr of overtime. Management Politics are commonly seen.

Worklife balance and culture is good and lot of celebration of festival and team outings too done at FP&a profile . So its a mixed environment.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and bonus part is concern here there is too partially on it and only favouritism will get all the hikes , the hard working will suffer just by saying that better luck next time.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams.
