... while someone is new in technology specially if they are experienced employees. Initial package is high but then for 1 year no hike at all or it depends if you manager is in very good terms with you. Promotion is very difficult. Good for working mothers but only in maternal leave period

Dislikes

Too much biased politics. People treat technical knowledge people harshly. Timelines are set very badly of projects. Blame game and targeting. No Job security. Mental harassment by seniors, yelling and shouting. Long working hrs. Sometimes 16-18 hrs of work is also less. If you are bad with office politics and want to only work this company is absolutely bad for you. Lot of gossip and rumors promoted which discourage people. Judging based on marital status is also observed. Gender biasing also observed.

Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

...ny Indians were fired without any reason. I was a victim of a similar situation. I was let go inspite of my good performance and I used to earn my bonus and incentives. The HR had no powers to question or ask the victim employee on the case which was pathetic. Job security is absolutely zero. I am not sure about other teams. This was the scenario in the team that I worked.
