Dislikes

Management is biased. Performance is not the createria of promotion. They have hire and fire policy. If they don't need you they will fire you without any reason.If they need you then they will Suck your boot(obviously this is about management). So, we prepared for your future course of action.

Work quality in projects is good. I acquired lot of professional knowledge.

Dislikes

My team used to be good. But since tower lead changed, everyone has been micromanaging each other. There has been no hikes, no promotion. The criteria for you to get promotion is not based on your work quality but your visibility in office and how much you can bootlick.
