No personal space. Rude behaviour of leadership teams. Poor leave taking system. Leaves are always canceled on the last moment. Leaves are not given in the first place so easily. No work life balance. They expect you to work even during weekends and hours post the shift. Someone logging in the morning at 6:00 are also expected to wor k at 11:00 night. Some of the projects believes in work place harassment. Targeting people or threatening people in terms of promotion is a common thing here. They don’t understand whatever is going on in the employees life. Not even considerate to employees needing support with mental illness. Operation related projects are not the best place to grow. There is no growth at all and there is always some budget issue and so they cannot get their employees enrolled to trainings. They treat employees as labours. No respect. Not a lot of opportunity available. They create new opportunities within the process which surrounds the existing activities and just shuffle people here and then giving them their so called designation but that doesn’t make any change in the salary.
