There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

Work life balance and company culture. Your managers and leaders take your feedback seriously. Team bonding and building is a very important aspect of Accenture Culture.

Dislikes

Growth is a very slow process, there are so many in line already. Or your should be an exceptional performance with straight 95+ score for all months.. May be then.

Everything was good except salary for freshers. They can better increase salary for freshers so that they work effectively.

I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

Dislikes

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

Insurance coverage is good. I had good work life balance during my previous project. But in the new project, I lost work life balance. Have to be online for 10 hours. Need to inform for taking breaks. Lot of Micromanagement.

No hikes or promotions from 2023. In my current project, Management gives importance to clients, not employees. Too much work pressure. Micro management.
