The culture is excellent. Distribution of power is well designed here, which allows people to work freely. Well, the Rat race exists here as well, but with a space for all. Multiple awareness activities keeps the balance.

Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. Please suggest me which company would be best to join for good knowledge growth, stability and moderate work pressure.

Management it sucks a lot..

It's almost 4 years with Accenture, early stage was happening, coz it was handled by some mature managers, but now it sucks.
