Colleagues are chilled out, manager is cool as well, trainings are excellent.

Dislikes

No career-growth as the company has a policy to give increments/promotion only after 1 full year of working in the same position. Qualified professionals like CAs, CMAs and MBAs are being hired for a role meant for B.com graduates (Graduates and professionals are doing the same work, leaving no difference between the two). No work life balance (obviously no corporate will have this), you got to work for 11-12 hours or even more if half of the team are new joiners and the deadlines haven't been met by the existing team members! (Even for Level 12 and 13) Exiting is hard too, with 60 days notice period after the probation period (that's after 6 months of joining)....Read More
