Politics... Management is highly non technical. You don't need to have technical skills to get appraisal here, just buttering your manager is enough, like most of the Accenture employees do. Accenture lays off a lot of people every year who don't butter their managers. I got 0 appraisal and 0 variable since I spoke against management. Mohd. Wasi Akhtar, Neeteesh Gupta including the HRs, and nearly all the managers will conspire against you if you are not their favourite. Forget about technical skills. Technical Employees here don't get appraisal at all. I was lucky enough to switch to a great company after wasting my time for 1 year among such idiots....Read More
