The push to create 50% women representation at every level has created an environment where talent comes secondary for promotion. HRs don't have a spine and my discussions in confidence were revealed to the leadership.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
