I dislike the fact that there are very less opportunities for IJP. The workload is high most if the time.

Make you work 30 mins extra than the paid time . On Time and expenses , you’ll have to mention your shift for 9 hours , but in the roster it will be for 9.5hours. Overwhelmed with work all the time , no opportunities to upskill. If you perform well in a team, you’ll be stagnated as the Team lead will try with his dear life to keep you slogging at the same place. Experiences are subjective, but to speak generally about the company, for Indians, they’ll make you slog like a donkey.
