It's great working here, you will be able to learn lot of things and Excel in your career. Lot of learning opportunities and support to learn at organizational level

Work life balance completely depends on teams to teams and the project that you are in. if you are part of shared project then you really can't expect work life balance. At organizational level Accenture has given good hike and promotion but it really boils down to your manager, mostly i have seen that supervisor and senior manager's try to give less promotion to show their own achievement in terms of managing multiple projects with lot of freshers and couple of senior resources and try to reduce the total cost. For me, my supervisor never fought for any of my team mates who were deserving candidates for promotion and hike. It was like a babaji ka prasad, jo mil raha wo le lo.. i really feel that as an organisation is really good but the people that you are working with must be open and ready to share you feedback in terms of performance and areas one has to improve which never never happened in my case. But when i resigned they asked literally 10 times to stay and told me they would be giving promotion. So it's really bad but this is how it works....Read More
