I joined Accenture in 2007 & also unfortunately happen to quit in 2019, after 12 years of service, I would like to bring to notice with this survey, that I was looking more of work life balance. Commuting to office would take 2 hours in office cab and dropping 12 members every night would again take 2 hours, so minimum 4-5 hours useto go in travelling to reach office & then 9 and a half of working at office, would drain me completely after reaching home. I requested my HR, manager to let me work from home, at that time, there was no such project, which they could offer me & so I had to quit. However I liked the culture & its core values...Read More
