Dislikes

Growth Opprtunities are negligible Lack of transparency in Performance discussion and appraisals Unpredictive manangement and leadership announcements Salaries are not benchmarked at levels. You will find a first year consultant being paid significantly higher than a 2 year old consultant from same college

Dislikes

Work life balance depends on the project. It can get very bad at times, including working long hours (>15 hours) per day and also stretching during the weekends. Some clients don't acknowledge the hard work that the professionals put in. I feel, Accenture, being such a profitable and capital-intensive company, needs to say "no" to certain kinds of projects or provide adequate resource staffing, where the work life balance is terrible....Read More
