My company follows dignified Working culture, we have job security, cab facilities provided both the sides

Compensation is bit dissatisfied, I have to work 10hrs straight in a day which is stressful

Work Details

My work is slight challenging as I have to manage 26members, and ensure that they are updated with new polices and to check whether they are following the new policy are not. If not I used to train them individually

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
