Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

Accenture is a good company with great learning opportunities for freshers. Being a fresher I desired a workplace where I could get trained well for my work and this is exactly the place. The team members are very helpful here in the project and keep guiding me throughout the tasks in the starting phase.
