Work from home.... Favouritism and regional politics is there in project while appraisal.

Dislikes

There is internal politics while appraisal cycles. Don't join CIO project worst management and very bad politics playing by managers.

I was indirectly forced to work at night many times, extra hours without payment many times, too much work pressure many times without break, worst part is that once i worked 18 hrs in single day with only two 20 minute break.
