Work facilities are good, company policies bare good. work life balance has to be better. Transparency And honest feedback that too in a timely manner between management and employees needs to be improved a lot.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Huge politics. You cannot honestly tell the management that you are not comfortable doing a job, and you need a change.....because you will get a lay off.

Work Details

Things were pretty messed up initially but gradually became better. I learnt a lot. I worked very hard and proved myself still I got my promotion very late without any reason. when I got due for 2nd promotion they laid me off even after 6.5 yrs of service

Accenture is undoubtedly a great paymaster with very employee centric policies !

Salary - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

The business leaders of the organisation do not abide by any of the great policies and unnecessarily create road blocks for it's employees. My only advise to the company is to treat it's people with a little more dignity and value them as they are your biggest ASSETS !
