Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.
Salary - Good
Company culture - Good
Dislikes
Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.

Accenture is a great company but over the years has seen a dilution of their organization culture.
Lot of work, more work means more learning. Unlike other indian companies there is more professionalism (But still employee are Indians), work from anywhere policy is good (but based on manager consent)
Skill development - Good
Dislikes
Lack of work life balance, poor appraisals, too big variable components which is rarely paid in full (So you wont get complete CTC), minimum basic salary is high leading to more taxes, Nothing is free, employee is held responsible for everything ranging from his own growth to company growth, The role on which you are hired may change (just like other service companies)
