The work environment in the team I worked with was great. Benefits are good. Learning opportunity is good.

Dislikes

Being on bench for close to 7 months. That's however dependant on team as well. You can always request for opportunities in other projects.

Accenture as a company is a great place to work but due to less authority or involvement of the HR department it is really loosing its charm.The HR do not have any say and are rather a yes person for the managers,they do not even take the pain to discuss with resources when they leave the organisation. There are certain managers whostay in same project for long time and do not allow others to grow....Read More
