Manager didn't connect much to understand the situations and growth of employees

Nothing special ,is quite similar to other service based companies. Same office politics, same micro management by managers (who think themselves as messiah), doing certification/skill change is supported only good thing, appraisal process is not transparent.

Once recession is over will be finding another company to switch
